If you wish to permanently delete your Glintup account, including all your personal data and booking history, you may request it at any time.

How to delete your account

You cannot currently delete your account automatically through the app, but you can easily request it by contacting the support team. Here's how:

• 💬 In your message, please state: "I want to permanently delete my account" along with confirming the registered phone number.

What happens after requesting deletion?

Once we receive your request:

• We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account.
• We will permanently delete all your personal data from our systems.
• Your account will be closed and cannot be restored later.

Did you change your mind?

If you only want to pause using the service temporarily, you can simply disable notifications or uninstall the app. You can come back anytime!
